TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me and being my client, you agree to all of my Terms of Service.

Anything stated here will be followed strictly and I won't hold any responsibilities towards it. Further discussions are allowed PRIOR to the commission.

MAIN RULES

  • There is a small chance of me declining a commission due to comfortability with the work or the character, please understand that if accepting a commission that I am not confident working on, it will effect on my working speed and a lot more factors dealing with the final product.

  • My speed is very spontaneous. I am still at school and living life alone in another country. I will not recommend you commissioning me if you can't wait for more than 6 months or you require me to be extremely active on one commission. 

  • You are paying mainly for the final product: a high-res file of the digital commission. Psd files are discussed.

  • Serious buyers ONLY

  • I don't do first come first serve, I work by comfortability -> difficulty -> payment.

  • Anime girls, boys, ikemen, etc.

  • Subtle gore, erotic content (16+)

  • LGBTQ+ content

  • Furry, anthro characters (some can be accepted, DM to ask)

  • Mecha, heavy armor

  • Elder characters

  • Realism

  • Heavy NSFW

PAYMENT

  • I only accept Paypal for the time being. All payment will be in USD (Or AUD if specified)

  • DO NOT harass me or ask for any kind of discount regarding my commission prices. 

  • After commission form is determined, I will send an invoice via Paypal.

  • The commission will not start before payment

  • Refunds are allowed if the commission is not started within 1 month or if you have any emergency. I will not allow any refunds just because I am slow since you are paying for the final product. However there can be special announcements when I ask for the commission to be cancelled and the client will receive full refund.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

(For personal commissions)

  1. As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
         ♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters)
         ♦ Promote myself with it in any place.

  2. As a commissioner you may:
         ♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
         ♦ Print the art as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
         ♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

  3. You are NOT ALLOWED to:
         ♦ Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
         ♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
         ♦ Take credit for the art.

  4. I may ask permission for further usage in the future (like printing in my artbook, using in tutorials, etc.)

  • Please notice that I will only continue contacting with the social media you used before confirming the commission form.
